Tyler’s Ancient Coins uses limited first-party information to review catalog-access requests, protect private viewing links, and respond to purchase requests. It does not sell visitor information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Catalog-access requests
If you request private catalog access, the collection stores your name, email address, optional phone number, collecting interests, message, consent time, and review status. This information is used only to evaluate your request, contact you, and manage any access subsequently granted.
Private-link viewing
To address a private link, the seller may store a recipient’s name or label and phone number or email address. When an unlisted coin link is opened, the ledger records the coin, the private-link label assigned by the seller, the date and time, a general device category, and the referring website’s domain when available. The application does not retain a visitor’s complete IP address. A view identifies the link used; it does not prove which individual opened a forwarded link.
Purchase requests
If you request to purchase a coin, the ledger stores the name, email address or phone number, preferred contact method, optional offer, message, coin, and private link associated with the request. This information is used only to discuss availability, shipping, tax, payment, and the potential sale.
Cookies and outside tracking
The public and private-link pages do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Technical authentication may be used on the owner’s private inventory workspace. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical logs needed to operate and secure the site.
Retention and choices
Private-link activity and unsuccessful purchase requests are generally retained for up to 24 months unless needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Completed transaction records may be retained longer as ordinary business records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing tylerwilliams11@gmail.com.
